Great hotel with excellent amenities like free parking, a spa & wellness center, and a fitness center. The staff provided helpful local info on my first stay. I'll definitely come back for Christmas!

My stay was pleasant here. Recently refurbished hotel, I loved it. There was lots of freshly made meals. The rooms were luxurious and immaculate equipped with patio, air cond, a wonderfully comfortable king size bed. The staff were both caring and attentive.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa facilities were nice and well-maintained, and I really enjoyed the afternoon tea; it was a lovely treat! The staff at breakfast were friendly, and the buffet spread had something for everyone.

The customer service was a letdown. I had some issues with getting through on the phone about a forgotten item, and no one seemed to care. the spa treatment was misleading with unexpected extra fees, which felt a bit scammy.

The room itself was clean and tidy at first glance, making for a comfortable environment. The pool area was really good, although it only had six loungers, which were often in demand.

I was led to believe that there would be a half bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit in the room. There was neither and when I rang down the staff were surprised that my booking details suggested there should be. A bowl of fruit was delivered eventually but never saw the wine.

The spa treatments were enjoyable and the food was tasty, but I wish the staff had shown more enthusiasm. The setting is nice, and I appreciated the clean room and lovely breakfast. Just a bit of attention to detail would elevate the experience to the next level.

The staff were welcoming, ensuring our experience was effortless from the moment we arrived. The Tommy Fleetwood Lounge we reserved provided a perfect gathering space, while the food at the Fairway Grill was delicious. Spa treatments were great, and the reception team went above and beyond to accommodate us. It felt like a nice getaway!
